Returns/Exchanges
As this time we do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our items are custom and made to order for you! If you need help with sizing, please refer to the size guide or email us at wildhourco@gmail.com for any help. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us an email with photo proof withing 30 days of receiving your order and we will send you a replacement.
To process your request, please email us at wildhourco@gmail.com with the following information:
Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations unless you reach out to us before the items hits production, usually within 24 hours after purchasing. Once the item hits production we cannot cancel the order.
Shipping
Since all of our items are made to order, please allow for 1-2 weeks until you receive your item. This includes processing time, production, and shipping! If you are ordering an item for an event or festival, please try to place an order close to two weeks if possible!
